Nick Brandt

I was pretty much blown away by his photos. They were extraordinary and iconic. Each on head there own very special thing about each of them and that makes them all so powerful.

This photo shows the power of the animals they look strong and real. Its as if Nick is putting me behind the lens and tell me to take a picture of the lions. The image also symbolizes that there is something behind every beast. Obviously these are wild animals and they love in the wild, but there is something about the animals that not everyone sees. But Nick has captured the tremendous moment where love live in the wild.

Nick Brandt's style of photography is totally different than any others. "He photographs on medium-format black and white film without telephoto or zoom lenses." (wikipedia, Nick Brandt) "You wouldn't take a portrait of a human being from a hundred feet away and expect to capture their spirit; you'd move in close." (wikipedia, Nick Brandt Quote). Which Shows how he really enjoyed capturing images with animals. He did not believe in taking iconic pictures from far away. What are u experiencing when you are yards away from the action.
